Meet the Hometown Team

At Hometown Pet Vet, care is personal. We are a small, relationship-based veterinary clinic where pets are known, clients are heard, and every visit is guided by kindness, clear communication, and thoughtful medical care.

Our team is here to help pet owners feel confident, comfortable, and supported through every stage of their pet’s life.

Veterinary leadership

Led by Dr. Ashley Lewis

Dr. Ashley Lewis graduated from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. Since then, she has cared for pets in a variety of veterinary settings, including full-service animal hospitals, nonprofit vaccine clinics, and spay/neuter facilities.

As a compassionate small animal veterinarian, Dr. Lewis is passionate about helping pet owners understand their options and feel confident in their pet’s care. She believes veterinary medicine works best when clients and the veterinary team work together to make thoughtful decisions for each pet’s health and well-being.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Lewis enjoys spending time with her husband, their three sons, and their daughter. She also loves riding horses, gardening, and caring for her small hobby farm.
